Love This Half Foam Roller
I bought this to use with the Melt Method On Demand. Very nice how she uses this half foam roller to relieve tension and pain. I have the full and the travel size as well. Love these foam rollers and the videos. It doesn’t come with any videos or instructions so you need to have some kind of knowledge on how to use it if you aren’t using the Melt Method.

Great Buy
This is soooo much easier that the full 6" round roller. Both getting on and staying balanced. Plus it has a bit of softness which makes it more comfortable.
