These are pretty standard fiber pills. Nothing fancy and works as it should. Been using for over a year without complaints.

These supplements do a great job at regulating BMs and preventing insulin spikes/crashes after eating heavy meals. The strength of the recommended dose works well for me, but I could see some people needing more or less depending on why they're taking it. The pills themselves aren't too difficult to swallow and don't really have a taste.

I prefer a more natural way to get things rolling as it should. These work well. Far better than probiotics. Just be prepared to drink a lot of water with them. I struggle to get enough fluid in me during the colder months & I never get enough fiber through food. Everyone’s body is different, but they worked for me.

Ya’ll I’ve been taking this pills for 3 days .U can NOT believe me I lost 8 pounds I don’t know ,how ,where or even when ; IN 3 days 🙌🏼. I take 4 pills a day 2 with the lunch and 2 with the dinner. I always feel full 🙌🏼 I lost that massive appetite. Taste is good . Quality 100000/10 . The most part I like that it’s healthy 🙌🏼 One last thing ,I used to go to the restroom 1 time a day . Now I go more and feel my digestive system is much better than before .

This thing really works, constipation gone without any side effect.

I’ve been buying this supplement from NOW for years. Psyllium is a must to easily meet fiber needs and these pills are consistently high quality and easy to take. The price is competitive. I recommend. The larger bottle is a bit more cost effective but I needed them sooner as I was leaving for vacation, and this was available faster.

Not as difficult to swallow as some other reviews indicated but not getting the results from the product (yet) after using for a week.
