Consistently a solid product.
I have been purchasing this product for over a year now, which is always as expected. I have issues finding this type of Magnesium as this dosage from a single brand consistently in stores, so being able to order from Ruby via Amazon has been ideal.I have multiple comorbidities, and I have been advised by my medical team that adding 400mg 1/day might help. I have mainly noticed that my migraines are less frequent, which is amazing. I tend to have some digestive issues with other brands, but with Ruby, I have none of these issues. It is a great product with a good price point and is consistently available. This is my go-to for Magnesium supplements.

DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO
I have IBS and very difficult for me go have a bowel moment.With this magnesium everything has changed.It's not harsh but certainly get the job done!My fave and won't go elsewhere

Ok, but don’t hold together well.
As far as magnesium goes these worked fine. I take it to prevent headaches and it works like a charm. This particular brand was super dusty. I guess they break down in the bottle. Makes a mess in my medicine case. There are other brands I have used that aren’t as bad at that.
