This is a no-brainer. They are exactly like the OEM ones available for my opener from Lowes. The difference is the price. One of these is about $35 at the store. Two of these is about 1/3 that cost on Amazon. I got mine quickly. To program them just required pressing a button on the rear of the opener motor and pushing the button on the remote. Mine have been in daily use for 5-6 weeks and work really well. I don't know their longest effective range but I can be approaching the house from the middle of the street - 2 houses down - and the door promptly starts to open. You must ensure the remote you choose is right for your system. Read the description so you get the right one. The rear of your opener motor ought to have a wire hanging from it. It will be yellow, blue, purple, green, red, white or black...maybe another color. That is referred to as it's "learn button". Hope this helps.

Programed in a very few minutes, used some double sided foam tape to secure one to the garage entry door inside and it's done!
