Great stove, horrible delivery
Nice oven works great for now. Only issue was the amazon delivery girls couldn't get it up the stairs so they were going to tip it end over end. Just be careful on the delivery side.

Beauriful Stove. Great Service
I received a prompt call on when they would deliver. The stove was delivered on time with no issues. Installed same day. Looks beautiful and works great. Getting rid of our air fryer because this has a stove air fryer. It has wifi... I don't know how to use it yet but excited to figure it out. My dad now wants to replace his old stove!

DO NOT BUY FIRE HAZARD
DO NOT BUY. In less than 3 months the oven turns on by itself. Has done this repeatedly, I have 4 videos of this occurring. Technicians have been out twice. Both times they contacted Samsung support and sent them videos of the oven TURNING ON BY ITSELF. Samsung support has repeatedly closed the tickets with no action even after the technicians they sent on site told them this is still an issue. Samsung WILL BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN. I am more than happy to provide video of this occurring. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG.

Stove top design is hard to clean, so many hard to reach areas
Stove works great, love the features. The stovetop is really hard to keep clean, you have to completely remove all the racks and burners to clean it after each use. Probably would be a lot more expensive to homogenize the surfaces for easy cleaning, so, this is still a good value, just hard to keep clean.
