Great 24 volt charger
First of all, only reason I bothered writing this is because I caught a comment about this only putting out 25 amps (I really wish Amazon would allow you to down vote inaccurate reviews). I'm guessing the guy that left that 3 star review doesn't know about resistance or ohms law or anything. IT WON'T CHARGE AT 40 AMPS IF IT ISN'T POSSIBLE TO CHARGE AT 40 AMPS.Just how on one of my battery banks the 12V 100 amp Powermax only see's a max of 88 amps, its impossible to feed anymore into it, the batteries just won't take it.These are great for what they do, try finding a 40 amp 24 volt charger for close to this price!

Receieved a defective unit and wasn't issued a refund when returned.
Buyer beware! Was shipped a defective until that didn't power on and when returned I was charged 100% restocking fee. Never do business with Oceanside RV.

Excellent Quality
This is the second one of these I've purchased (different projects). Easy to install and very reliable. My other one's been running for almost 2 years with no issues.

they wanted $1000.00 for a new charger for my floor machine, tried this and it works perfect

I am not positively impressed
Tried to charge my 24v lifepo4 batteries. It ran for around 30 mins. It was slinging the watts to it. Producing 1,040 watts. Battery was charging fast at 72% capacity.Then it just quit. Went black no green light no fan no charge. Both fuses were ok.I have no idea what is wrong. It's not hot or making any smell.Nope. It's Just DOA. I got 30 minutes use out of it.

Not charging at 40 amps as rated
Great product however mine is only charging at 25 amps not the rated 40 amps

Off grid battery bank charger
If we need to boost our 24 volt battery bank we use this. We have two of these. One is a spare just in case. True three stage charging and a pot to turn to alter voltage set levels. Our clamp meter confirms the 40A output and that there is tapering and stages. It was so good we bought the second one.
