MAKES A GREAT DRAIN LINE
I HAD AN ALMOST INACCESSIBLE AREA THAT NEEDED A DRAIN LINE REPLACED , THIS PRODUCT SAVE ME A LOT OF LABOR AND MONEY , I DID NOT HAVE TO TEAR OUT ANYTHING TO WORK THIS AROUND ALL THE OBSTACLES , I NEEDED A QUICK EASY SOLUTION AS THE OLD DRAIN HAD ALREADY FAILED, SO FAR THIS IS HELD UP AND WORKED PERFECTLY UNTIL I HAVE TIME TO REMODEL AND OVERHAUL THE ENTIRE BATHROOM.

Nice product.
I've been using this product for over a year now. It has held up very well on my shop vac even when using it to suck up off my grinder with Sparks flying through it it has held up perfectly.

Can Join with PVC cement
My crummy shopvac hose broke- Replaced with this pipe. Joined to the coupling using regular PVC cement and it bonded strongly : ) Far end I glued straight to a 2" gray PVC pipe 3' long Being clear it easily shows any blockage. Briefly stretching at the blockage frees it up! Stretched easily to the described length- Strong suction DOES cause it to contract rather impressively but not to strongly that it prevents operations. Because it has a steel coiled core the pipe does not buckle or kink like the original Shopvac hose. This is great. Good Value, Too.

Works like all the other hoses
The last year I've been adding on to my dust collection system and there always seems to be a need for more hose. Though I think I am finally set up with everything. (fingers crossed) I have a 2" PVC system, powered by a bigger shop vac. This hose it just as durable as any of the others I have. It's study with a tough wire core. Takes some muscle to cut the wire in the hose, but I think that's a good thing, as it makes for a stiff, durable hose. Don't know what else to say, it's a simple product that works as it's suppose to. Was a good purchase, I would buy again with out hesitation.

It fits the AC/heat ducts on 1978 jeep wagoneer
I used 2 short pieces of this hose to replace the decayed factory AC/heater duct hose in the dash of my 1978 jeep wagoneer. It's 2.5" ID slides over the inlet and outlet pieces in the dash snugly, I used 4 2.75 " diameter radiator hose clamps to make sure they stay in place rather than tape like the factory hose was attached with. I haven't looked at the duct hoses on my 1990 wagoneer yet, but I'm hoping the ducts are the same size. All around a good, well made product that saved me a lot of time and money

Does not collapse
I just got it. Screwed both ends that I received at the same time and connected one end to a Fein Turbo II vac. I turned the vac on then put my hand over the other end. The hose sucks together until the wire coils are as tight against one another possible but the diameter is not reduced at all. It of course does not collapse as long as one end is not completely sealed off. The hose is much more flexible than shop vac hose I've had for some years. I would buy more without reservation if I need it.

Working perfect so far for multi-tool dust collection system.
This is great dust collection tubing at this price point. I was able to connect my table saw, belt sander, and router table with one length of tubing with the blast gate/dust collection kit from Powertec. Yes, this tubing is collapsible, so if you do not have it attached securely to a dust port (if dust collection is what you are using it for) it will collapse on itself when you apply suction. I feel like this is common sense for the most part, however. I will come back and add more when I know if it stands the test of time, but for now, I am happy with this purchase!

Accordions under suction
I bought this to replace the hose on my shop vac. I have a 2' piece that I grafted to my existing hose and it works fairly well. I thought that I'd order a 10" long one and replace the whole shebango. Apparently the 2' piece was a lot more ridged than this so it's not going to work. It is flexible as advertised and resistant to collapsing but if the suction is restricted, it accordions to 1/3rd of it's length. Real PITA when vacuuming. If it's in an application where both ends are fixed then it should work OK, otherwise not so much.
