It is very useful for shower environment with heavy water pressure, even more useful if an infant is involved. Quality is good, no water leak after 3 months of usage. One minor setback is the adjustment valve is too sensitive. Careful maneuvering is require to properly adjust water pressure, or one can switch from maximum to shut-off instantly.

This is perfect. Exactly what I wanted. It doesn't leak. It is easy to put on and I cannot live without it. It is so convenient to turn the water on and off quickly. Your bill will go down immensely.

Works great. Full blast is my normal, high pressured water from my shower hose. I'm able to lower it to any pressure with this; it even turns the water all the way off without having to turn off the water itself. No leaks spraying out the sides. Great for baths with my baby; I can get it to a soft pressure for her. The "nickel" option perfectly matches the brushed nickel shower finishes we have.

The flow knob fell off before I even installed and used the valve. The design of the valve when fully open, restricts the flow of water by more than 50%. See Attached Picture.
