Arrived missing pieces - they literally taped all of the bolts, washers and wheel castors to the inside of the box and shipped. Well, they broke loose and not all of them arrived. Also, when hanging 16x24 sheets long ways as shown in the product picture, the pages will drag along the ground... we're not talking about barely touching the ground, we're talking about 2" additional clearance is needed. A lot more thought should have gone into designing this product. Furthermore, there are not a lot of things that I purchase from Amazon and think, "I cannot believe I just paid $xxx.xx" for almost nothing..." This was one of those moments. At least I can expense it for work. I would avoid this product.
