Great kettle, Tighten the handle screws!
This little kettle is great! I use it every day. Love the precision and control of a gooseneck design. Seems to be good quality materials. One screw fell out of the handle and I managed to lose it but there are two so I tightened the remaining one and no problems with it so far.

Works fine.
Used this kettle for making countless cups of coffee. Works really well. The material is good and has been rust free. The screws used for handle becomes loose very often and requires tightening otherwise it poses a risk. The handles got slight burnt at the joint because of the heat. The thermometer is accurate and works great but it broke after 1.5yrs of use. Now the thermometer is not available as an accessory. Overall this product has been good for me.

Don't waste your money on a faulty product; buy a brand with warranty.
Works ok as kettle to heat water and slow pour. However, the thermometer is completely off and gives incorrect readings all the time. It will vary based on the amount of water in the kettle too. This was not what I experienced from my last kettle (from another brand). The water boils and starts falling out of the kettle (when full) and the gauge will only show it at 95 degrees. Guess water has started to boil at 95 degrees instead of 100 nowadays. It comes with 0 warranty, so one is stuck with a faulty product bought for more than 1500 bucks. Not value for money at all.
