The media could not be loaded. Definitely have seen improvement in letter recognition from the little since getting this. Over all really great product. I like that is has learning features where kiddo can click on a letter and it says the name or sound as well as game features where kiddo can practice. May also has a few songs embedded. Not rated 5 stars because the buttons are somewhat difficult to push — you can see my kiddo needs 2 hands for it to register what is being pushed. Additional drawback is some of the audio isn’t super clear especially in the phonics game (however, we don’t have the volume so the way up).

Adjusted opinion. Doesn't work
Correction: this actually started working. Have no idea why it didnt originally work. My granddaughter enjoys it and is learning to boot.Original: I bought this for my granddaughter ahead of Christmas as she would be the age to use it by then. It doesn't work. at. all. Doesn't come on - no sound. Nothing. I replaced the batteries that came with it and nothing. Does not work. Don't waste your money

Autistic God son LOVES it!!
My God son doesn’t speak much or well when he does. But he loves this and I believe it’s helping him. Phonetics are key for him. He has other educational tools like this. But with this one, he has to stand up and look ahead instead looking down while sitting.
