I'm 65 years old & never considered using RINGS because it seemed WAY too advanced. Couldn't do 3 pulls ups. After watching tutorials of how to progressively strengthen our bodies I tried it. INCREDIBLE ! I used weights for a year before buying RINGS. I built more muscle in 6 weeks using progressive RING TRAINING than I did with weights in a year. You start by hanging, using bands to assist, scapular (Rhomboid) development, grips, back etc. I couldn't do anything the first day. Now 10 pull ups to the chest ! , endless dips and pushups. My body completely changed building muscles I didn't know I had. Getting compliments for the first time. 6 WEEKS ! I will now add weights to complement only.

Bought these for myself and immediately my husband and three teenagers have taken over. Quality of the wooden rings are perfect even for my smaller hands. Grateful for the sandpaper so we can keep them smooth over the years. This company thought of everything. Evenly adjusts to different lengths for the various exercises we’ll be doing. Great product!

Fantastic product. I have two other products like this one, but are difficult to adjust the straps because they have a quick adjust piece. The problem with that is that it takes a long time between reps and sets to make them the same length. This product does not have that problem. I also purchased an extra set of straps so I can move from one exercise to another quickly. Great job Double Circle!

Seriously the best purchase I've ever done.

The rings are so soft and strong. The material of the straps feels like they are just as good if not better than Rogue. I love the numbering system, it is very useful. They are a little confusing to install at first but they have an install video to help. I have only had them a few weeks so hopefully they can last me a long time.

A primera impresión unas anillas premium, excelentes acabados, muy cuidadas, inclusive viene una lija de agua grano 400 para lijar posibles astillas y asperezas, las cuales son casi nulas, pero que para quien ya ha usado anillas anteriormente, sabe que suelen aparecer. Las correas se sienten resistentes y con buenos acabados en costuras, con medidas caídas 4 pulgadas aproximadamente. Los mosquetones de acero son robustos, los cuales incluyen en el pack sus correspondientes tornillos en caso de que se desee bloquear el mosquetón. Dependiendo del pack que se escoja pueden elegir con correas para pies y anclaje para puertas. Por lo demás un producto de 10 y sin pegas, que puedo recomendar a ojo cerrado.

Product really solid though---like it a lot. Due to selling me a used product at a new price, I have to conclude that: either...the seller was dishonest; alternatively, it's possible that the seller was honest but took a return without checking the item to see the condition of the returned product was as new ---ie, maybe the seller did not take care of the return item to see if it had been used. Not a huge gripe, but not that impressed by seller at the moment. To the seller: if it was an honest oversight, feel free to message me.

Aperta la confezione, ho potuto subito apprezzare e riconoscere la qualità dei materiali: (1) le cinghie in nylon - numerate e perfettamente simmetriche - sono spesse e prevedono delle asole con cucitura doppia, offendo così un senso di notevole robustezza; (2) i quattro moschettoni sono proporzionati nelle dimensioni, leggeri nel peso ma non troppo. All’interno di ognuno, è presente un forellino all’interno del quale è possibile avvitare una piccola vite anti-furto. (3) gli anelli da 32 mm (credo in betulla) sono perfettamente levigati, piacevoli al tatto. Inoltre, ma non meno importante, ho scelto questa versione perché include due cinghie imbottite per l’appoggio dei piedi, il che rende a mio avviso il prodotto completo, un’alternativa - non solo più economica, ma anche funzionale - p.es. al classico TRX.

I've used this in my gym and got a set for home. Based on what I've experienced and seen in the gym, it does what it's supposed to do.
