Clear instructions for fitting meant the 2 cameras and cables were installed easily enough. Handy the power for the rear cam comes from the front so no tapping to the car’s lights. The video quality is very good with an impressive front wide angle. The screen is a check but when viewed on my mobile the results are impressive. I can’t comment on night vision as yet. When purchased, the price was very competitive and combine this with good build and video quality and it’s an easy recommendation. One aspect I struggled with was pairing with my phone. I got about 90% done ok but I managed not to get it right and was ‘missing’ something. An email to RT Customer Services sorted it all out. Emma was outstanding with her prompt reply and list of points to answer my query. Nothing was too much trouble to complete the installation including a late finish I do think. I’d read favourable reports about the RT Customer Services: they are true. Recommended, highly.

This review is not sponsored; it is a genuine assessment after using the product for about six months, comparing it to a well-known dash cam brand that includes 'base' in its name. Overall Build Quality: 10/10 Front Camera Quality: 10/10 Rear Camera Quality: 9/10 Accessories: 8/10 Software: 8/10 Customer Service: 10/10 Build Quality - I cannot find any faults with the build quality; the buttons feel good, the mounting gear is sturdy, and the cabling is thick, double sided tape is strong too. Front Camera Quality - Compared to others, this camera is undoubtedly superior in quality both during the day and at night. There is some glare during peak sunlight and at night, which is completely eliminated when using the CPL filter (highly recommended). Rear Camera Quality - Again, I cannot fault the build or quality of the camera itself; the image is sharp during the day and sufficiently clear at night. One point has been deducted due to its bulkiness, but for the price, I doubt you will find a better option. Accessories - It comes with additional static stickers, mounting stickers, and a very long rear camera cable (long enough for my 7-seater with plenty to spare). The trim tool is a nice touch, and the mount is a strong click mount. If it included a hardwire kit, it would easily score 10/10 again. Software - I believe all manufacturers tend to overlook the software aspect. Overall, the software is on par with other reputable brands, but it could use some fine-tuning to enhance user-friendliness. In six months of use (through a cold UK winter and, thankfully, a warm summer), I have not experienced any lag, cutouts, or overheating. This is the second dash cam I have bought for my second vehicle, as the first one has been completely flawless and, in my opinion, superior to other well-known brands. Customer Service - Any inquiries I have made have always been answered within 24-48 hours, providing complete peace of mind as a buyer, knowing there is someone available to resolve any issues that may arise.

After receiving the camera, I was immediately impressed by the quality of the box. It felt like I had bought Apple equipment, and I immediately thought that the manufacturer would not have spent money on packaging if the item inside was cheap. I was also impressed by the transparent film with an anatomical image of the camera and a description of all its parts. The instructions are clear and easy to understand, with a video on YouTube and inside the box, so setup and installation were no problem. You can see the video quality for yourself; I will add it to this review. I also registered the camera for an 18-month warranty, which was also very quick and easy. If this camera lasts at least a year and a half, I think the price is fair, and maybe even low. My neighbor bought a camera that was 40% more expensive, and it doesn't deliver the required number of frames per second in 4K, so he shoots in Full HD to avoid blurring the video, but this little one shoots without any problems.

I've had the camera for a bit over 2 years now and it has served me very good. Quality is amazing, with 4K recording available for front and hd for the rear view camera. It is very easy to use and install. You don't have to be technical to do it. It will take you probably 10-15 minutes to get it done. Functionality is great, with many options on the settings to play around depending what you need. Now to the main part of the customer service. After a bit over 2 years of use, the camera started to play around. It would keep turning on and off randomly. At some points, it would be on without recording. I check it for few days/weeks hoping it would stop but nothing changed. So I contacted their customer support to help me troubleshoot the issue. In my great surprise, I received a reply from the within 24 hours with step by step checks to do to ensure if the issue is with the camera or set up(memory card faulty, cables cut etc.). After checking everything and realising that everything is connected properly, the customer support offered me a camera replacement! All in all, I can say I am very happy with product but the customer support has made the whole experience amazing! Thank you RedTiger Team for your fantastic service! Je recherchais une caméra pour plus de sécurité et, après en avoir comparé plusieurs, je suis tombé plusieurs fois sur ce modèle. J’ai donc décidé de l’essayer et je ne suis pas déçu. La qualité d’image est très correcte, même en roulant. De nuit, le rendu est un peu limité, mais cela reste tout à fait satisfaisant pour une caméra dans cette gamme de prix. Concernant le Wi-Fi, il est bien présent, mais pas exactement comme je l’imaginais. Il s’agit en réalité d’un hotspot intégré permettant d’accéder aux fichiers et aux paramètres de la caméra. Je pensais pouvoir la connecter directement au réseau Wi-Fi domestique afin d’avoir un accès permanent aux vidéos, mais ce n’est pas le cas. Cela reste cependant pratique pour consulter les fichiers lorsqu’on est en déplacement. La caméra est livrée avec un câble très long pour la caméra arrière, ainsi qu’un câble d’alimentation convenable. Après échange avec le vendeur, j’ai reçu un kit de câbles pour le mode parking (protection 24h/24) : ceux-ci sont nettement plus robustes et offrent une meilleure protection. Le vendeur est par ailleurs très professionnel et réactif. Je le remercie encore pour son geste commercial. Dans le colis, on retrouve également du ruban adhésif pour faciliter la fixation des caméras avant et arrière. De mon côté, tout tient parfaitement en place. L’installation s’est révélée assez simple. Le passage des câbles entre les plastiques a demandé un peu de patience, ce qui est sûrement lié à l’âge de ma voiture, mais rien d’insurmontable. Enfin, les délais de livraison ont été respectés et l’utilisation de la caméra est intuitive. Mon seul reproche est qu’il n’est indiqué nulle part qu’il faut activer manuellement le mode parking dans les paramètres. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un excellent produit avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande.

لقد قمت بتجربة الكاميرا بصراحه جودة تصوير عاليه وواضحه وايضا يسجل الفيديو مع الصوت مع خاصية إلغاء الضوضاء للأمانه بدون مجامله المنتج ممتاز ويعتبر من فئة الداش المتوسط المقارب للفئه العاليه يعني بالعربي اشتري المنتج وانت مرتاح البال ولو في شي في المنتج ما ناسبك تقدر ترجعه وتأخذ فلوسك بالنسبه لي المنتج عجبني من حيث ازدواجية الكاميرات ايضا عجبني من حيث جودة التصوير UHD طبعا أقوى كاميرا داش كام تأتي بخاصية HDR وتلقاها اقل شي ب ٩٠٠ ريال فأكثر ولكن كاميرا الداش هذه اللتي اشتريها قد تصل تقريبا في جودة تصويرها ووضوحها إلى فئة HDR . ارجوا ان يكون شرحي واضحا وتعليقي جيدا
