The sound quality is better than the Shure SE535
The sound quality has a depth and clarity that beats most others which is mind blowing when you look at the price point. I typically never write reviews unless it's to warn others about substandard product but I'll make the exception for the Jaybirds.I've owned the Shure 425 (wired) - great sound but not bluetooth and I can't use with my Samsung 10 Note. The Shure SE535, these were awful, I was very disappointed and returned them. I also currently have the B&G Beoplay E6 and they sound great but they are not very loud.These Jaybirds are perfect for the gym and running and they sound great. I don't know what else to say except that I've tried many and I'm willing to spend the $ for quality but I keep coming back to the Jaybirds. I even bought an extra 4 pairs because, lets face it, I spent over $500 on the Shures and I don't want run out of these. At some point they will no longer be available. The Jaybirds last me about year, I use them every day, all day at work and then at the gym in the evenings. They are also durable, I've put a few through the wash, let them dry out and they worked, a little glitchy, but they still worked.They are definitely worth trying for this price.

No small ear bud tips or fins
My first pair did not work. The seller did promptly replace them. Only problem is that in both cases he only sent the medium and large sized ear fins, and the medium/large buds in silicone and foam. I have small ears so these aren’t as comfortable as the smalls for me, and they kept falling out. I was able to find replacement silicone buds for cheap elsewhere, but it was an added expense and hassle.

Best for me at work.
I truly enjoy these headphones for work. They are sound proof enough to block out ambient noises, such as conversations, yet I’m still able to hear someone call out my name. I enjoy them.

Bummer.
These fit horribly even with all of the different attachments. Heavy and awkward. Sound quality was not worth it. Everything about this product was awkward.
