Lifesaver. Put in batteries, pressed a button, and breathed a sigh of relief. Works perfectly out of the box.

So our toddler completely trashed our original remote. Threw it many times, all scratched up, hardly works. The OK button was missing, and some of the arrow keys didn't even work anymore or were super slow to respond, so it was almost impossible to use the Netflix or YouTube app to click on a certain video/show/movie. I finally caved in and bought a new remote. Didn't know if it was for sure the right one (looked like it though) or if it was going to work at all. OMG, all I did was pop in batteries, and it instantly paired with my TV! Thank goodness for such an easy transition and a great, affordable product.

The TV remote functions as intended. However, occasionally you may need to press the buttons when you're in the middle of using the screen, and sometimes the buttons do not respond. In those cases, it's necessary to use the buttons on the TV monitor instead.

literally just put in batteries and my TV turned on!! yayyyy.. my old remote was accidentally washed in the wash machine while hiding in a comforter and was no longer working. great replacement and already programmed. the feel of the remote is very soft. no lag.
