(4469) LFR5AIX-11 Iridium IX Spark Plug (8 Pack)

My 2004 Titan started to develop a mis-fire yesterday. The last time I had this problem I took it to the dealer who said it was the plugs. I pulled the old plugs and they still looked new (NGK platinum). I got these delivered overnight and installed these new plugs. The truck fired up easily and with a smooth idle and no mis-fire. These saved me a trip to the dealer and probably a decent bill. The back plugs are a little difficult to get at but doable. All plugs were at the proper gap.

Installed these yesterday on my 2014 V8 5.7 Dodge Challenger, so far they're working great and doing their job. Running smooth and no misfiring. Reasonable price imo.

They spark, pistons go “boom” and the engine continues to work. My stock plugs I ran to 83K miles. The problem was, to change them on a Hemi, it took about 4 hours to do them all. 16 different plugs. It was tough. With good gas, and smooth acceleration... my truck was rated 17 city 21 highway. Yet... I’m getting 23 highway. 😉

They seem to work okay, wasn’t expecting any performance boost, just wanted long life. I don’t know if that happened because I sold the truck about 10,000kms later. My issue was getting any feedback from the manufacturer if they were counterfeit or not. After reading some reviews and comments on how to determine if they were knock-offs, I was suspicious They were possibly not genuine NGK plugs. I asked NGK 3 times and no response. If NGK doesn’t care, then they don’t get my money next time, especially after spending a ton of money on 16 plugs for my Hemi.

These were listed as Laser iridium, these are NOT laser iridium. These are iridium ix, still a good spark plug, but i had to purchase true laser iridium plugs from a different supplier for my application.
