Good value.
This is a thickening agent similar to cornstarch...but 18x stronger. Easy to use. My GI doctor had me mix 1/8th tsp in 1/4 cup water and drink up to 3x/day to help control my extreme diarrhea (along w/rx). KETO, gluten and sugar free w/no taste. Extremely economical from Amazon. Very pricey in grocery stores if available.

Works well
I have been using this for my protein shakes and it has worked well. I have never tried another brand so I really have nothing to compare it to.

Worked great for giant bubble mix
This was the reason I bought it, and it worked well for giant bubbles. I am also a Ninja Creamy low calorie protein powder ice cream fanatic. A bit of this guar gum along with acacia senegal and glucomanan helps keep the ice cream emulsified and creamy, as much as is possible without real sugar or fat. It's a miracle. 🤗

Excellent for homemade ice cream
Excellent to keep homemade ice cream soft. Since I only use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per quart batch, the package will last a very long time. It is a powder odorless and tasteless so whatever the flavor, the product can be used.

Ninja Creami
