These are the best rings I own. Smooth and high quality wood rings and speedy fast adjustability on the straps. Compared to my other rings, these are much faster to adjust and be completely even as expected. I jump between exercises much faster with these rings. The straps are heavy duty and will last a long time. I take them with me so I can exercise anywhere when not able to work out at home. A must buy if you use rings!

We recently started doing dead hangs. Rings were added for variations. While we are non-athletic, we are reasonably fit for our ages. The rings have given us a way to do push and pull exercises that fit us. Love the craftmanship of the rings, straps and caribiners. And, the video and PDF guides are an awesome bonus. I like the easy-to-use set up

These are great and are already incorporated into my bodyweight routine. The straps are super well constructed and the incremental loops are spaced equally on both straps. There's a few comments here about the annoying screw for the carabiners...I've chosen not to use it, the carabiner is absolutely fine without it; I suspect it's included due to being overly sensitive to liability.

Uses a numbered carabiner system instead of the normal strap and fasteners. I like this system better because it’s easier to move around and adjust. Solid quality, would definitely recommend.

These gymnastic rings have a great grip and are very durable. Be very careful ordering other gymnastic rings because they are not durable at all.

I ordered form overseas and was told it would arrive about a week to ten days later. Think it came about 5 days later which was excellent. The rings are really easy to set up and I have no complaints about their quality. Really pleased with the promptness and product

I trust these to hold my kids hanging upside down :) Easy setup and they even transformed it into a swing. Can see how it's not perfect for all situations but it's very good for what we need.

Ich trainiere seit fast zwei Jahren regelmäßig mit den Double Circle Wooden Gym Rings und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Ringe sind hochwertig verarbeitet, sehr stabil und lassen sich schnell in der Höhe verstellen. Sie eignen sich ideal, wenn man verschiedene Übungen direkt hintereinander machen möchte. Besonders spannend finde ich, dass man mit ihnen bei regulärem Einsatz merklich muskuläre Dysbalancen ausgleichen kann. Durch die instabile Trainingssituation werden viele kleine Muskelgruppen aktiviert, die beim klassischen Krafttraining oft zu kurz kommen. Damit ist das im Prinzip ein kompaktes Mini-Gym für zu Hause. Außerdem kann man sie nicht nur nutzen, wenn man schon sein komplettes Körpergewicht halten kann. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, das Training anzupassen und auch im niedrigeren Schwierigkeitsgrad effektiv zu arbeiten. Und das Beste: Die Ringe sind leicht und kompakt, lassen sich easy mitnehmen- perfekt für ein Training im Freien oder auch unterwegs im Urlaub.
