I absolutely love my belly wrap I wear it everyday it is super comfortable and helps with shaping your waist.

I ordered this right before my hysterectomy surgery since a friend recommended that I get one to help ease the pain and help with post-op recovery and I'm glad I did. I chose this specific item because it has the upper to middle belly band, middle to lower belly band and the pelvic area belt. They overlap preventing any rolling over or slippage which is so good because we all know a lot of braces do that. It not only helped take the pressure off of every area that was effected inside from the surgery but also helped with my T-Spine and Lumbar spinal pain caused by degenerative disc disease. I definitely recommend this product for anyone who had a c-section, any abdominal surgery and back pain as well.

Overall, it’s been a helpful and comforting part of my recovery routine. I put it on, I noticed a supportive, snug fit that eased the pressure on my lower abdomen — especially helpful during the first few days when walking or sitting up felt challenging. The 3‑in‑1 design is great; I can adjust the compression level throughout the day depending on how I’m feeling. The material is breathable and soft enough to wear under clothes without feeling bulky, which means I can use it while moving around the house or running quick errands. One of the best features for me has been the structured support around the incision area. It gave me more confidence to stand up straight and reduced some of the discomfort I felt when sneezing or coughing. But Sizing can run tighter than expected (measure carefully) and Not ideal for sleep due to restrictive feel and Takes a bit of time to adjust and find the most comfortable setting. Would recommend this postpartum support belt for moms recovering from Delivary who want extra comfort and stability during the healing process.

Good only for a few weeks then they lose hold

Gives a lot of relief for back pain when walking. Lots of support. I usually wear a size 20 and this is a little too small but works. I couldn't be any bigger though or wouldn't be able to close!!!

I am 3 weeks post op tummy tuck and I love this. I wear it as additional compression to help shape. It doesn't make me hot and it's super comfortable and effective. I recommend 👌🏾
