Why did I ever wander? This is the One True Antiperspirant and it does not disappoint. Powerfully effective, blessedly unscented, convenient application, and a price that can't be beat. I'll never stray again. Keep in mind this stuff is VERY STRONG. You MUST use it exactly as directed to avoid skin irritation: apply to bone-dry skin (dry the area with a hair dryer if needed), at bedtime. Not too much or it'll sting— more is not better. I tip the bottle to wet the roller ball, tilt it back upright, apply ONE long swipe, then use my fingers to spread the product over the whole armpit area. Repeat for the other side. Let it dry, then go to bed. You'll be TOTALLY sweat-free for 2 to 3 days at least (I've gone as many as 5!). Yes it lasts through showers, as long as you don't scrub the area too aggressively. Works just as well on feet, palms, and forehead. One thing to note though: if you don't sweat from one place (armpits, feet), you may find you sweat more from other places. That's how well this works. But I have to repeat: YOU MUST USE AS DIRECTED. This is not like regular antiperspirant that you apply every morning. Do NOT apply it right after you shower. Moisture makes it sting/burn/itch and it is not fun. Do NOT apply it when you're already sweating. It won't work… and it'll sting/burn/itch like a 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and it is NOT FUN. 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗱. So don't screw around. (If you do feel burning, mix some baking soda with water, soak a paper towel or cloth, and apply that to the area to neutralize the acid.)

I started having excessive armpit sweat when I was in 7th grade (I’m in college now). It was such a hassle for me, because I never got to wear blouses and cute shirts without it having to black or a certain material that won’t show the sweat stains. I was really insecure for years and have been limited to what I wear. I tried different deodorants but I kid y’all not, this deodorant changed my life. First time I tried it, I applied it at night and slept. I didn’t expect much because of how many deodorants failed me already lol. The next day, I went to work and I was shocked. It was during winter, and I would usually sweat crazy already in the morning at work. But that morning after I put on certain dri, I didn’t feel that very uncomfortable sweat literally dripping down from my armpit. I didn’t sweat until night time. I figured that I should apply it every night, so I did The effect gradually lasted longer, so I applied every 2 nights. Eventually, 3 nights. Been using it for 5 months now, and I can go on literally 6 days without applying it and I wouldn’t sweat NOR smell. Today’s Wednesday, and the last time I applied it was last week Thursday. I haven’t sweat even just a bit, not even after I went golfing with my friends and go karting for the whole day under the sun and it was really hot too. NO SWEAT. This product literally saved me from misery. I also don’t really smell, my only problem was the sweating. But a normal deodorant can also be applied after certain dri to remove body. Just make sure it’s already fully dry :)) I always apply it at night! Never in the morning. It used to be itchy, like I would itch a lot the day after using it, but I got used to it and since I can go for days without using it, it doesn’t really bother me because if it itches, it only does for the first day. This is my personal experience, it can be different for some. For example, my aunt tried it because of how it worked wonders for me, but it instantly gave her rashes. It’s still worth a try tho :)) Ive been using the same bottle for 5 months now, and there’s still a lot left. It might seem small, but it’s because you don’t really need to apply a large amount. Anways, that’s it! I can now wear light tops, normal blouses without worrying about the embarassing pit stains. I feel much more comfortable now, because I KNOW how uncomfortable it is to have excessive armpit sweat. It literally drips down from my armpit to the side of my body when I wear loose clothes and I’m in a situation where I have to have my arm open 😟 IT WAS HORROR

Okay so I have never written a review before but I want to leave my opinion on this; i've tried a bunch of different dove deodorants, i've tried the hello brand. i've tried antiperspirant ones, i have tried ones with no aluminum, etc... i have always struggled with my armpits and ONLY my armpits being sweaty. as a woman in her 20's, you can imagine how embarrassing it is. I was scared to wear my nice tops and let alone outside. Even if I sit in my room doing nothing, my armpits sweat. If I go outside? No matter how little or a lot I put, I would sweat and get stains on my shirts. After a ton of looking around I had this one wishlisted for awhile but never bought it until about two weeks ago... I waited a bit to give opinions as well. But today sealed the deal for me. I went outside for multiple hours through rainy weather that then turned hot and while I sweat elsewhere; i did not sweat a single time in my armpits. I wasn't afraid to put on a nicer shirt today, I even went to the fitting room and freely tried on shirts without being worried or embarrassed my armpits would ruin them. This really works! JUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!! A lot of the bad reviews are from people who put this immediately after a shower or shaving. I followed the directions and did not experience any harsh burning, itching, or bruising. At some point my armpit did burn slightly- I won't lie. That is because I did three swipes. It wasn't a painful burn and went away after about a day. This week I went with two swipes and I think it depends on your needs and how much you sweat- but two was perfect for me. No irritation, no burns, no darkening, and I was able to go out and be sweat free. My last thing I'll say is that I see other reviews that say they put other deodorant on top as this one doesn't smell like anything. I would recommend that too. The first week I was too afraid to mix and match. The first few days I didn't sweat and had no smell- fine by me. But by the end of the week it was beginning to smell and sweat again. This week, after it was dry, I decided on two swipes of the usual dove one I was using and it's worked for me. Certain dri keeps me from sweating, dove has kept me smelling nice. For the price, I can't complain. Again, I've tried $10+ deodorants, I've tried cheap ones, brand name, random drug store ones... I will never go back after using this one. If you are like me and scared to wear your nicer clothes and excessively sweat, try this out. Just again, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. This is NOT meant to be put on right after a shower like other ones. This can be your best friend if you follow instructions and use it lightly once a week. I'm looking forward to see how it holds up for me during the summer but so far, it's worked wonders and my confidence is going up being able to wear all the nice blouses and shirts I've been holding onto for this day where I found a deodorant that contained my sweat!

Works all day if applied correctly (bed time) smells net nothing, great if you like cologne not competing for dominant scent. stopped sweat very well but maybe caused a suit or two. Residue hangs around for a minute or two which is odd at first but once you use it 2-3 days you realize you don’t care bc this is the deodorant you’ve always been looking for.

I've been using this product since high school and it was the best decision I ever made. While other people talk about sweating excessively (meaning they'd get sweat marks within an hour of wearing clothing) my idea of sweating excessively was getting sweat stains within 10 minutes of wearing a shirt. It was bad. I tried so many products and this one has been with me for 6 or 7 years now. Has no scent, rolls on like a watery serum, and needs to dry before putting on a tight-fitting shirt (I normally wear t-shirts or sweatshirts with some light room underneath and it dries fine when I do that). Can't recommend this enough - I was so self conscious and couldn't wear the clothing I wanted because of how much I sweat. My wardrobe went from just black and white to all the colors and it really helped me. FOR FIRST TIME USERS: - Read all the instructions. This product isn't really for sensitive skin so just be aware of your skin type (especially on your underarms) - Do NOT apply this after shaving for AT LEAST 3 days (for the first few applications as you figure out what works for you). This will STING LIKE HELL if you apply too soon after shaving. If you shave on Monday morning, wait until Thursday morning to try this. I personally only need 2 days after shaving, but I've used this product for years and know what works for me. - Make sure underarms are completely dry before applying - no water, no sweat, no other products - Apply every 3 or 4 days (again, for the first few applications - this is a strong product and applying too much, too fast can cause really bad itchiness). As someone who sweats a lot, I learned that I can apply this product every 2 or 3 days without any effects. (I.E. Apply on Monday morning, again on Wednesday morning or Thursday) - Recommended to try this at night - I used to apply this at night, showered in the morning, and had no problems with anything washing off, still worked fine. Applying in morning just works better for me and I've had no issues as long as product has dried before leaving the house - Lastly, try only one or two swipes of product for first time. Figure out what works for you. If I remember correctly, product worked within 1 or 2 weeks for me. I would be aware of what 'health risks' this could potentially pose, because it does completely block sweat production. I used the product for about 6 to 8 months of continual use, stopped for another 6 months and even during this pause, I didn't sweat for those months. This wore off and I continued sweating like normal. Just something to keep in mind if that's an issue or concern of yours.

I’ve suffered from excessive sweating for years. I’ve tried carpe and all the other big name brands. They didn’t do anything. If this didn’t work I was ready to do Botox or a surgery on the market. This stuff works incredibly. It irritates the skin for sure. The first couple times it hurts after putting it on and itches quite a bit, but the outcome is incredible, I haven’t sweat for 3 weeks and counting.

This works but burns the hell out of your pits. It definitely stops sweat but I had to stop using it because I had actual chemical burns from it. I low key think it works by burning your sweat glands off (kidding but also kind of not lol). Again, works great but be prepared to feel the burn

I’ve never had a sweat-less day. Until now. This stuff checks almost all the boxes, it’s extremely effective, cheap and relatively easy to use. The drawback here is convenience. You *have* to follow the instructions on the back like your comfort depends on it, because it does. Almost all of these reviews complain about itching or burning. This is only an issue if you don’t follow the instructions, the active ingredient when mixed with water creates a highly acidic reaction that will burn you. Only apply on bone dry skin and wait 24-48 hours to apply after shaving. One thing you need to do unfortunately is get an old tshirt and use it as a dedicated nighttime shirt. This stuff will stain/destroy your shirts from nighttime wear, so make sure to scrub it off good in the morning (protection goes into pores so don’t worry about removing the effectiveness!)
