Remove the red cap from the lid and place it on the bottom of the can to puncture the mixing agent. You can Google it.

Sooo... I forgot to activate it and used this product during a repair. How successful will it be at doing its job?

The activator is the hardner. Without this I would be afraid to paint over. Soft primer will lift. Remove the primer and respray with activated primer can.
