Highly effective, use it at the right time of year
Use this product at the right time of year (early Spring, before grubs are active) and there are no grubs the rest of the year. I highly recommend this product.

This works great and easy to apply
Our community in Seattle is torn up from the European grub and the raccoons digging for them, which looks like your lawn has been rototilled. I put the product down every three months and we have not had any problems.

Use as a curative, not a preventative treatment
I spread this on my lawn in Sept. I still see some moths flying around, but am not sure it is an indication of effectiveness of how well grubs in the ground are controlled. My research shows that this product is recommended when grubs are already present and not as a preventative treatment. I was expecting to see NO moths.

Effective gross grub control
2-3 weeks after application, dying grubs started making their way to the surface of my planter boxes. I have not seen any emerging from the grass yet. There were more than 20 gross white grubs from the area pictured, so I blame them for killing my poor rose. Finally broke down and used chemical pesticides, and I should have done so earlier. It was so easy to just dump a bunch into a spreader and cover my entire little lawn and garden. I’ve invested thousands into my little apartment garden but can’t control the neglect of the other apartments around me, so it’s priceless to have an effective treatment I can count on to actually care for my space. I’m basing the “season long” on the grubs’ lifecycle so I plan to do at least two treatments per year. I’ll do a second round October 1st, which is 6 weeks after the first application, since there is obviously seriously infested parts of the garden so hitting the grubs twice before they go deeper underground for winter. Next year, I will apply the first dose of spring in April with a second dose in August, and optional 3rd application in October if it’s bad again like this year has been. Friendly reminder to mow your grass and do all your trimming first. I’d also recommend wearing a mask and gloves when applying this and any other pesticide. Personally I also kept my mask on while watering this grub control in because it’s a bit dusty, and then kept my pets away for 48 hours to make sure the top layer of soil had properly dried out. It could have been good to go the next day because it seems to absorb well but this is a pretty serious chemical so just make sure the dirt dried out before it becomes a play space again.

Grim Reaper for Grubs!
Oh my goodness! I’m shocked at how well this works. It was sprinkled in areas as instructed, then we were lucky it rained half the night. The next day, it looked like a grub graveyard in affected areas. They were literally climbing up from the ground to get away as they croaked. Easy to use, you sprinkle the granules and water to deep saturate the ground/soil. Surface-only watering will NOT get the treatment down where the grubs are nesting and living their best life. You gotta water well to get that treatment in there. The magic happens overnight. If I could give this 10 stars, I would. I can enjoy my yard without spending hours grub hunting and watching my plants die!! because of grubs. One treatment seems long lasting and is effective in terms of knocking as many of them out in 24 hours.

Seems to have killed white grubs in Arizona lawn.
We had birds tearing up our lawn - apparently digging up the disgusting looking white grubs. After reading multiple reviews that the birds were actually feeding on white grubs, we decided to try this. I applied it as directed, watering the lawn before application and immediately after. This seems to have killed white grubs in Arizona lawn. Birds went away on day #1 and we have seen any others. The grass actually looks golf course perfect. Before there were a lot of brown spots, now it's flawless. I will continue to use this once or twice a year and update this review if anything negative happens.
