The tablets did not dissolve in the water and I wasted a lot of money. Poor product. Poor customer experience.

Reagents are sometimes a little hard to crush in the tester...especially the DPD-1 and DPD-3 tabs. Once they are crushed and totally dissolved they work fine in the the tester.

It was just the tablets for testing the water. Picture shows it with the analyzer machine you need. Sent it back with no problem. Should have better description or state "analyzer" not included.
