Purchased this for use with my chair in my home office. Very pleased with the comfort and it really has helped ease my back pain. The only downside I've had is that when I am not sitting in my chair, it tends to slide down the back of the chair despite being adjusted as tight as I can make it. It is a very gradual slide, so it's not a constant adjustment - seems to be I only have to adjust it once or twice over the course of the day. All in all, I would recommend.

This pillow is excellent! I have chronic lower back pain as a result from an old injury. Since I'm also petite, office chairs have never been comfortable for me as the built-in lumbar support always hits me at the wrong spot. I finally broke down to get a lumbar support pillow, and have noticed a change since the first day I used it. My back hasn't been so comfortable in a long time! The pillow is a great size, the perfect level of support for me, and the memory foam is very comfortable. I'll probably buy a second one for my home office, as well.

Really happy with this product. Strained my back pretty badly due to poor posture. Like how the elastic strap wraps around the chair to hold the pillow in place. It provides good back support. Even acts like a mini heating pad as the pillow (memory foam) warms up with your body temp. Not an uncomfortable heat - more therapeutic. I use this at home on the laptop. Considering getting one for my chair at the office.

This is helpful, but I wish it had a little more bulk. Lower back problems mean I need a little extra lumbar support. I was also hoping for a cushion that would hold an ice pack when I was sitting in the recliner and that the cushion wouldn't fall down into the recliner, forcing me to fish it out. Decent, but a bit of a disappointment. If you're a fairly large individual with lower back problems, I'd look for something a little bigger.

The best back support I have used. For years I have been using a old cushion until my chiropractor recommend I invest in a proper back support cushion. This one that was recommended, has now for some months made a huge difference to my back. I can sit in a chair for a much longer period without pain and stress on my back. I take it with me everywhere. A very happy customer indeed and recommend if you have back issues.

I am a 70 year old woman who lives on a very small income. Recently I had to get rid of my old car that I loved and lease a cheap car, The seats are so uncomfortable I didn't know what I would do, even 15 minutes of driving left me with terrible back pain. I chose a gel seat cushion and this back cushion from Amazon and my troubles are over! What a relief.

It is a nice product. I use it for my back pain. When I need to stretch my back I put the pillow under my lower back and lay down on it for several minutes which help my back pain. I also use this as my meditation cushion.
