Q: Mine didn’t come with a key? Is it hidden somewhere?

Dear customer, the password lock has no key. The initial password is 0-0-0. There has instruction for the use of the password lock in the luggage compartment. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Q: Do you have to use the combination lock or can you just close it with the latch (but not use the lock?) love the look, scared of being stuck.

Just close it with the combination lock.

Q: What are the interior dimensions, I need to fit a computer that is 13.64 x 16.75 x 4.75" (34.65 x 42.55 x 12.07 cm) without interference

The width is 13 inches which makes it questionable. But length is 18 1/2 and thickness is 6 inches. I think it might fit if the computer is on an angle.
