I don’t know how to describe this toothpaste, other than strong. Not necessarily strong on whitening, but I can’t have it in my mouth for long. For me it feels like, I have 50 mints in my mouth at once. I can barely get through 2 minutes of brushing. With that said, my teeth are whiter. My teeth and mouth feel squeaky clean. I think instead of using everyday, I might use regular toothpaste and alternate this toothpaste every other day.
