Know your measurements of your knee.
The straps are designed with both comfort and functionality in mind! Each strap measures 1½ inches wide, which provides excellent support distribution while remaining comfortable against your skin. Here's what you need to know about the sizing:S/M Size: The straps can accommodate a maximum knee circumference of 20 inches (50 cm)*L/XL Size: The straps can accommodate a maximum knee circumference of 22 inches (55 cm)The 1½-inch width is really the sweet spot - it's wide enough to distribute pressure evenly and prevent that uncomfortable digging sensation you might experience with thinner straps, while still being streamlined enough to fit comfortably under clothing if needed. To find your perfect fit, simply measure around your knee at its widest point (usually just above the kneecap) and choose the size that gives you comfortable room within those maximum measurements. This ensures you'll get optimal support without the straps feeling too tight or restrictive during movement.

Excellent Customer Service
I originally ordered the NoCry Professional Gardening Knee Pads with Extra Soft Foam & Gel Cushion and found them to slide off my knee no matter what I tried. I contacted NoCry and Charlie, quickly sent me a link for the NoCry Professional Knee Pads for Work for Men — Adjustable Thigh and Shin Straps and said he would send these as a replacement and that I did not have to return the original pair. The pads fit great, and provided the protection I needed for redoing my deck and porch.I highly recommend NoCry and with customer service like this, I will be ordering from them again for gloves.

Does the Job.
These are worth it. I got a S/M. The weight is good, nothing wrong with that? They do the job, I can be on my knees doing layouts, and other tasks as an amateur welder. lol. The only small/slight issue I have Might actually just be the size, but then I do not want a “Large” I’m 5’7 and about 140 … so they actually feel snug… just right almost. But the issue is that when it’s time for use, they tend to not stay put, it tends to roll to the side (not so often, it’s I tend not to be planted on the actual sole of the knee pad I tend to sort of plant on to the side of the pide, like 60/40% in and out… but overall, they’re worth it, durability is tough and it helps me be more comfortable anyway. Might need to larger size, not sure yet.

Sizing
I’m a small female, 5’2” 125lbs and for some reason the size small/medium didn’t seem to work for me. I’m a mixed media artist so I do anything from painting to welding and pretty much everything in between. I liked the larger size because they stayed with my knees when I was on the ground and welding above my head, I would slide around on the knee pads and they stayed with me better than the smaller size.

Solid, atleast with first impressions.
They work great for airsoft they stay in the right place even while doing jumps with sprinting. However, im not sure if this is normal for most knee pads but i used them at work doing tile and stayed on them for about 2-3 hours without issue, but after that they became minorly uncomfortable, and seemed to continue getting more at about hour 5 or so, but that could just be me getting more annoyed about it as it lingered. They also left marks on the back of my leg, however the marks didn't give the same feeling of discomfort as they have with other knee pads ive tried, if that makes sense. Overall they are solid especially for the price.

A Lifesaver for My Husband’s Knees — Durable, Comfortable, and Built to Last
My husband bought these NoCry Professional Gel Knee Pads when he started training to become a fireman, and they have been an absolute game-changer. In the beginning, his knees were really took a beating during drills and exercises. These knee pads made a huge difference right away. He’s been using them for about 9 months now, and not only have they held up well, but they’re still just as comfortable and protective as the day he got them. The gel and foam cushioning combo is fantastic — soft enough to ease the pressure, but firm enough to give real support. They stay in place, too — no annoying slipping or constant adjusting mid-task. The adjustable straps are strong and secure, and the build quality is really impressive, with heavy-duty materials and military-grade rivets. You can tell these are made for serious use.Several other firefighters in his training group have purchased these after trying his — which says a lot.Beyond fireman duty, he now uses them for yard work, fixing things around the house, or any project where he's on his knees for extended periods. They're versatile, reliable, and surprisingly lightweight for how rugged they are. He also appreciates the built-in hang loops for easy storage. If you’re looking for solid knee protection, whether it’s for professional use or weekend projects, these are a worthwhile investment. Get them...your knees will thank you!

Good but not for me.
I work for the water department and am constantly on my knees either exchanging meters , troubleshooting meters, in vaults and much more. I think these are very comfortable if you were out gardening or just in one place working but that’s not the case for me. I am constantly in and out my truck going from location to location and these knee pads slide to the side all the time and the straps also get uncomfortable after a while of moving around in them. I tried crossing them as per the instructions and just having them straight across, either way got uncomfortable after a while. I still do think these might be a great pair of knee pads for people who are using them in only a few areas like the garden or just at one worksite. Also, I will say that as of right now, they do seem pretty durable. They are scratched up but no cracks or any significant damage. The padding is also still good after about a month of wearing them daily.
