The ergonomic handle is fantastic, it helps so much with grip and hand fatigue. For the price this is an incredible set, just one hook at most craft stores costs almost the same price and are less useful. It is easy to pull loops up and get stitches off the hook, with no pulling or getting stuck. I have used them with all types of yarn and been extremely satisfied. Also all the accessories are super great, like stitch markers, a cutter, and a cutting ring.

I really like the plastic purse to hold all the included great accessory items! I bought this set while traveling as I left my old metal and wooded handled one in a hotel! I was in a panic mode didn’t realize you can’t walk into a store and just buy crochet hooks or accessories! I was so disappointed! I was staying at my daughters 600 miles away from home or 400 miles from hotel! Panic ! Used Amazon and wow! I’ve been crocheting over 50 years small assorted project’s with Crochet Thread size 10! I had a bag of projects to finish in the three weeks we were visiting! I was crazy without my hooks and accessories! After a very carefull study of hooks listed on Amazon I found these! It was an awesome deal considering it included a needle purse and much needed accessories! Oh! Wow on arrival, I’m one really excited camper! These hooks are awesome and we’ll made! The extra supplies and bag are perfect for home or travel! Now. I’m so glad I left my crochet at the hotel! At 77, I can crochet day and night these hooks are comfortable, easy for beginners or oldie’s like me and a great VALUE!! You won’t be disappointed I wasn’t!

Amazing product! The hooks really are sturdy and actually feel like there’s a metal inside the handle. There’s also a stitch counter, it’s so difficult to turn and use. There’s also 4 total windows on the stitch counter. 2 on front (you can see it in the photo) and another 2 on the other side of the counter for some reason. I’m not sure why but there must be a design reason that I don’t know (I’m a baby in the crochet world) The hooks feel find and comfortable to hold (to me at least) so far I’m really happy with the product! Oh and the yarn cutter sits comfortably on all my fingers (except my pinkie which is too small and my thumb which is too big) it also cuts with small difficulty. You have to tug the yarn on the cutter (that’s normal, it’s a cutter so you have to make an effort) but if you push the yarn through it sort of rips the end of the yarn compared if you do a sawing motion on the yarn while still maintaining tension.

Got into crocheting and this bag was easy and comes with all supplies. The hooks are good quality and feel sturdy. I like the variety of sizes. The bag was useful but unfortunately it’s not the best quality and the zipper broke.

I bought this set last year and it is a wonderful set. I use it heavily. This is perfect for absolute beginners. A project may recommend a certain crochet needle, but I am finding that I may have to use something of a different size. It is good to have this set.

Comfortable to use. Great for hands that get cramps with straight metal style handles. Hook tips are standard form, which is exactly what I wanted. Good price, great gift.

Im writing this review after owning these hooks for 4 years. They are good! Especially for beginners. They’ve held up and work with pretty much every yarn. Good on the hands for long crochet sessions. I’m only just now retiring this set and moving over to the tulip branded hooks which have much smoother metal. One thing I will say is that I did have to replace the 4.5 mm hook because it had a rough section of metal that caught on the yarn
