I've been fighting a losing battle against tonsil stones since I was a kid. I constantly have them, no idea why because my dentist always comments on how clean my mouth is and I'm a freak about brushing, flossing, and gargling. Got this delivered 5 days ago and only have one stone left which I'm sure I'll get eventually. The light makes it SO much easier and the attachments are great. Not sure what the tweezer one is for but the other two plastic ones really help. I don't use the metal one because it's too hard to hold a light in one hand and it in the other. Only reason I give 4 stars is because my syringe came with a hole in the side so the pressure isn't very strong, plus it needs to be longer to reach my tonsils.

I waited to give my review so I had time to get used to this product. I read that it was too short but I didn't find that to be true. I really like that there is a light at the tip of the instrument which meant that I wouldn't have to use a hand held light to see what I was doing. It took a little getting used to but once I tried it several times, I am really happy how easy it is to use this item.
