How is this rack mounted..by nail? by adhesive tape?

There are two "keyhole" style mounting holes in the back. You will have to be fairly accurate with a tape measure and level to catch both (top and bottom). Myself? I installed one sheet rock anchor and screw and just hung the rack from the one screw since I'm not dealing with a lot of weight.
