Used to make tournament hotel signs - cuts great - be careful where you push to cut the circle!
This was great, especially for the price! I needed to cut multiple perfect circles and it became apparent IMMEDIATELY after my first attempt that this would not be possible with a scissors, despite my ~ 50 years of using scissors.... So I found this cutter and it worked very well. IMPORTANT TIP!!! I watched a few videos of people using similar cutters and they were always pushing at the "knob" where you adjust the size. This made sense since the cutter is near that and you'd want to put the pressure there. After cutting several circles, I realized they were getting SMALLER and SMALLER each time. By pushing on the knob I was inadvertently pushing the "dial" down. So I finished up by avoiding pressure on the knob and using the end to push it around. It was nearly perfect each time - some better than others. I could not figure out how to change the blade (I pushed and pushed and decided not to keep trying because I HAD to finish my project that night and if I broke it I'd be in a terrible spot. So I changed my technique from clockwise to counterclockwise to use the sharper side of the blade to finish.) Definitely worth the cost - if it lasted this one project then it was worth it for me. I did have some circles I needed to cut that had to be "centered" and that was much more challenging. Once I figured out how to place it on the design it came out nearly perfectly each time. (I cut 16 of the same design.) But another reviewer noted that you cannot see the center so it's hard if you're not just cutting plain circles. Agree with that for sure - I was more than half way through my designs when the perfect spot became clear to me (after a perfectly centered cut, finally!) and then the rest were a breeze. So if you need to cut perfectly centered (i.e. cutting a design rather than a bunch of plain-paper circles), I suggest you have multiple copies to figure out the exact spot to place the cutter before the critical cut. Also - I cut glitter paper from Michael's and that went just fine (was worried that might be hard on the cutter!) and then cardstock that was glued on top of the glitter paper background. For practice I cut some regular paper - no problem with any of them.

Perfect Circle Cutter – Sharp, Easy, and So Fun to Use!
I love this circle cutter! It works perfectly for my paper crafts and DIY projects. The cuts are clean and precise, and it’s super easy to adjust the size — from small circles to big ones. The design is comfortable to hold, and the blade is sharp but safe to use. I got the purple color, and it’s so cute! Definitely one of my favorite tools for crafting. Highly recommended for anyone who loves

Easy to use, lightweight but fairly sturdy, cuts well so far!
This is a nice, lightweight, well-made cutter. It's easy to adjust the size of the circle. The cutter stays in place nicely. It's fairly sturdy for its weight, and should hold up well despite repeated use, as long as you don't try to force it to cut super-heavy materials. I'm using this for paper, as well as fabric that's been applied (with fusing) to a fairly stiff (but thin) support. So, this is pretty useful for various cutting purposes. For the price, this is excellent. I'm giving it four stars because I haven't used it enough to be sure it's going to continue to work well in steady use over time (after all, it is plastic), but I may return in a few months and give it five stars. Either way, it's a great tool, especially in terms of value for money.

You'll love this tool!
As a dedicated crafter, I have a frequent need to cut perfect circles for my various creations, and this little tool has quickly become indispensable! I absolutely love this circle cutter. First off, the packaging was a pleasant surprise: it comes with two extra blades, which I didn't expect at all and ensures I won't run out anytime soon. Setting it up was incredibly simple—it's very easy to set up and use right out of the box. The cuts are consistently clean, especially once I figured out a small trick: gently pressing the cutting arm down helps provide a cleaner cut of the paper. It handles different paper weights beautifully. If you're a crafter like me, I highly recommend this; you'll definitely use it, and it will save you so much time compared to using scissors or punches. Five stars!

Average cutter.
This is ok and works well, but I wish it cut smaller circles. I got it to cut circles to go on crafts in my preschool class.

Junk
Didn’t work right out of the box. Hangs up when spinning around, the plastic rubs enough to stop it moving. If you’re in need of something like this then go spend a bit more on a nicer one. This is cheap plastic and doesn’t work.

This circle cutter is way easier to use than my last one with all of these different size templates
This circle cutter is way easier to use than my last one with all of these different size templates. I like that it is just one tool that can be adjusted to different sizesd circles. It also comes with 2 spare blades stored on the bottom.

I've used good scrapbooking tools and this is not them, however, for small jobs it will do. It's safe for kids. Will work on paper well, and standard card stock too.
