I purchased these by mistake, thinking they are just d-alpha tocopherol with some mixed tocopherols. But these also have selenium. I have no problem with any of the ingredients but these capsules are larger than the ones I have been using. Unfortunately this size always gets stuck in my throat. If one has no problems swallowing larger capsules, and I'm sure most people don't, this would not be a problem, but for me the size is just to big.
