Q: Are all the red and black terminals power and gnd? if so how can I use the ports they represent on the board? what cables should I but to use with it?

The Red and Black terminals located in the middle left of the terminal block are port pins. The power and ground connections are available at the right end of each row. Each row will have a ground pin and a 5V DC or 3.3V DC terminal.

Q: Can we use this with arduino due?

The product can indeed be installed on the DUE, but there are several PIN definitions with different names.
