very bad product ..... it was dead already when i received it
i received this Dell latitude 7390 1 week a go and i returned it the second day , it wasn't the same as described in the description and the quality was so bad, battery is dead and never recharge above 50% and when it reach 50% it will jump to 1% after 1 minute of use... the laptop heat so much, the fan makes very loud noise, and the windows is not original, after few times of starting up the device windows damaged and stop working .... my expiernace with this seller wasn't good at all , thanks amazon because it allows me to return this product and gave back my money .

Battery sucks, laptop heats up.
The laptop has a battery issue. It only lasts around 1 hour, reaching about 70–60%, and then suddenly drops to 6–7% before shutting down completely within 5 minutes. Additionally, the device heats up noticeably from the bottom during normal use. Otherwise I liked it, its fast and in good condition but battery problem is too much.

Laptop is good
My first laptop purchase from amazon, The seller response is amazing, I got wrong charger in box but the seller responded and delivered suitable charger within hours. Overall laptop is worth buying 😌 👌

Good but had some issues.
The laptop is clean and in good condition. However I was disappointed with the following: -laptop battery is damaged (2-3 hours use only) -the charger in bad condition and stopped work after a week and I payed 55 dhs for another charger. -many keyboards buttons are lagging and I need to press hard to get a response which is really annoying.
