The Chef's Shake or All-Purpose Seasoning from The Spice Hunter is excellent on chicken. I use it as an alternative to a Fines Herbes blend when baking chicken. It has a slight pepper flavor due to spices in the mix. All of the spices from The Spice Hunter are excellent; they are now my preferred brand.

Great Szechwan flavor. I use it on chicken and pork along with a Szechwan marinade from the grocery store.

This spice mix is very easy to use. It works on just about every dish. This is the third bottle I've used and it's great to grab it and have stuff taste good.
