I read up on how to use different types of non stick pots/pans & have actually for once followed the directions... I have been very careful NOT to run it on too high heat...but, to be patient & use lower heat..., not to rinse it in cold water when it's warm/hot & so on & it shows. The non stick surface is till as slick as when new ! I love this pot...what a great buy.

We’re very happy with the size and the quality of this pan. We bought a set from another company but it didn’t come with an extra large deep pan like this one, so we bought this as well and it has been an excellent addition to our set. Heats up fast and cleans up easily. Always cook on medium heat with any pan you buy, don’t cook on high!
