Can angle to different positions beside 90 degrees
Theses elbows work very well for dryer vent hoses. they keep the hose from being in a bind and maybe collapsing from bending. A lot of dryer vents exit to the outside above the place that it exits from the bottom of the dryer. These elbows swivel to different angles if the exit hole is not in a straight line from the dryer location. They worked very well for my application. Also they enabled the dryer to fit tighter to the wall, as there were no kinks in the vent hose to worry about. TS

No more crushed dryer vents
My dryer started taking a long time to dry. After inspection, I discovered the vent duct was crushed at the bottom probably due to the dryer being pushed to close to the wall. I ordered this elbow and a new duct. The elbow fits well, it was easy to install and will ensure that the vent does not collapse at the bottom. I secured it to the dryer with a hose clamp so it stays in place securely.

Works as described...flimsy material
It was hard to feel the hose clamp tighten due to the thin, flimsy material, but I got it to work. I wouldn't send it back, but I don't know if I'd order again.

Exactly what I needed and priced the same as local stores.
As my title says, this is exactly what I needed when setting up my dryer vent and amazingly the price is comparable to what it is at my local stores. Honestly I think it was a little cheaper even at the time I ordered it. Anyway, the quality and thickness are all as you'd expect from an aluminum elbow and work perfectly. I recommend it, and would purchase it again for sure.

As described, fit like a glove...
The elbow was easy to adjust, fit onto the dryer outlet (friction fit) snuggly, and the crimped end made connecting the insulated flexible hose easy. Highly recommend. ☺✨
