One strap looks very bad and not treated
Dear seller of this bag-is there something we can work out?! Love the bag however the left strap looks like it was not treated with the stain fully that the other strap is. In person it’s 2 completely dif colors and the u treated strap looks like it won’t hold up so hot. I think it’s cool it’s a natural product BUT this could be easily fixed and just doesn’t seem right...

Just don't buy it. Not worth the money.
This bag looks like it can be great but just fails to meet it's price point in all aspects. The left strap has pen marks on the leather. The holes punched in are not aligned on both straps. The straps are physically impossible to line up without making new holes yourself. The inside has parts that are sticking out. This is a $10 product max. Don't waste your time like I did.

Not the quality I expected, the buckles are hard to undo and do up. The basket is made of cheap material.

Incorrect description
Apparently this was a returned item. The straps were not even and adjustment holes were not punched on one of the straps. I took to a shoe repair company and they punched the holes and cut the straps to equal lengths.
