鱈魚香酥絲　North Sea Fish Snacks -Slim 2 oz (Pack of 5)

I bought these fish snacks because I am not close to an Asian grocery store. I ate these snacks as a kid and absolutely love the flavor with pepper notes and the soft texture. My cat loves these too. This tastes slightly different from the ones I purchased in Taiwan (same brand, same flavor). My cat loves the one I bought from Taiwan but has no interest in these. I feel like the ones from Taiwan have a slightly better flavor. The texture is the same. If I eat a bag of this (and I easily can because it tastes so good), I will wake up at least 3 times during the night due to thirst. I don’t remember feeling so thirsty after eating these as a kid. I feel that the flavor has not changed over the years. I just figure that with age, I have become more sensitive to msg and sodium.

I purchased twice. I received red pack same as the product photo presented for my first purchase. But this time I received orange pack. I believe the difference between red and orange is that red is manufactured by factory in Taiwan, whereas orange is manufactured by factory in China. I can’t tell any difference in the taste. just you know if you have a preference. Be aware of the variation

I enjoy this product. The store by me discontinued selling it. The delivery was fast and the product was wrapped well. I'd buy again.

Tastes like the real product from Taiwan. If you are not familiar with this snack, you might find the flavor a bit fishy. But that is exactly what makes it good. The are copycats that aren't made out of real fish or have little.

I have a difficult time finding this snack in a store here in the States. I was thrilled to find this on Amazon. Two thumbs up from me. Two paws up from my cat.
