This is the cart to buy
Let me get straight to the point: if you're looking at a stand for your Q Grill you've obviously looked at the Weber 6549 ($49.99) and the Weber 6557 ($69.99) here is one simple thing that puts this model (the 6525) in the front - it comes with the Weber 6501 Adapter Hose ($23.79) included. Now while this stand costs $99.99 if you consider you're going to buy the 6501 adapter hose ($23.79) no matter which model (6549/6557) you go with this effectively puts this stand in the $70 range (price less adapter cost). Cons: it doesn't collapse for transport Pro: it's far more stable than the comparable 6549/6557 model carts the propane tank mounts/straps to the stand, no need to drag it separately like you would with the 6549/6557 model carts, with the tank mounted you are free to move the cart around as one single unit. This is purely an at home stand, as long as you don't plan to transport your stand this is the cart to buy. I've read some reviews of people saying it's difficult to put together to which I'd disagree, it's 8 screws. It took me less than 20 minutes to get it put together. The stand is beautiful, well made, and very very sturdy, also with my Q2200 grill mounted it looks just like a full sized grill that you'd expect to see at someones home. Additional: one of the pieces was not threaded properly and thus resulted in me stripping the bolt during assembly and essentially getting three of the pieces "stuck" together. I was pretty disappointed and upset as I had just paid $99 for this cart. I decided to contact Weber about it via e-mail to see if they could help, within 15 minutes an actual human responded to clarify my issue and confirm the replacement parts I needed. Once I confirmed the parts I needed I received an order confirmation within minutes for the parts. The whole exchange was literally less than 30 minutes and I was not hassled, I didn't have to go explain and justify, and they didn't charge me a dime. Weber has amazing customer service and I was beyond impressed. Rest assured that Weber is worth the extra money and purchase with confidence knowing that they'll be there for you.

Great Accessory
I really like this stand. After using 16 oz propane bottles I decided to start using a 20 lb propane tank when using my Q2200 at home. While doing a little research I came across this stand and made the purchase. I have always liked the stand that comes standard with the Q3200 and this follows that design. In fact it’s better because it comes with a built in handle making it easier to move the grill. I also like that you do not bolt the Q into place on this stand making it easy to couple and uncouple should you wish to take your Q2000 or Q2200 with you or remove for cleaning. I found the assembly to be very easy. Everything lined up perfectly. If you find it difficult to assemble this stand I would wager that you also use Velcro straps to fasten your shoes. Would definitely recommend this!

Big upgrade from portable cart
I have a Q2200 which has traveled with me for a year now on the portable cart. My 12 year old big Weber grill was in bad shape so I used the Q2200 to replace it. I bought this cart as the portable collapsing cart is a little flimsy for daily use. This cart is well made, super easy to assemble (eight screws? I question other reviews indicating issues assembling) and it looks great. The pictures for this item show a Q1200 - the 2200 looks bigger and better on the cart. Also the recommended grill cover for the portable cart and grill still works on this cart with the 2200 on it. Don't think that bit of information has been posted yet. This is a big space saver over my old Genesis grill.

Easy Assembly and Gas Hose Included
I don't know why they don't include this in the description, but the model currently shipping includes a short, appropriate-length, adapter hose for a 20-lb propane tank. Even Weber's customer service department didn't know this tidbit. The hose is short--probably about 3 foot--so it is specifically for use with this cart. But it is perfect for that application and means that you don't need to order a separate hose (not responsible if Weber stops including the hose). The assembly is super easy. Everything fits together beautifully, and there are only 8 screws and 2 cotter pins, so there just really isn't a lot of stuff that needs to be fastened. The wire rack snaps into place securely, providing all the structural support needed for the bottom half. The only really difficult part (for me) was getting the flexible vanity panel to lock in. But once you get that done, it seems to be secure. The grill (this one only works with the Q 2000 and Q2200) fits perfectly, as you would expect. It doesn't lock, exactly, but the feet settle several inches into the cart frame, and it's clear that the only way it's coming off is if you lift it off deliberately, or knock the whole cart over. $99.99 seems a little high for a cart made almost entirely of plastic, but it seems to be good quality plastic, and the cart is stable, functional, and feels solid. It's also the only non-folding cart made for the Q2000 series, so options are limited. It's either this or improvise. This cart would not be ideal for portable use. It would be unwieldy to haul over uneven ground or even grass. However, it's light enough to transport if you wanted to set up for tailgating or in a park where you were grilling not far from your vehicle. Transport is as easy as lifting the grill off the cart, disconnecting and unstrapping the propane bottle, and loading everything up, with assembly just as easy. Pros: Easy to assemble Includes propane tank adapter hose Sturdy and stable Light weight Makes you feel like you're using a "real" grill. Extra tool hooks on the back if you want to hang your brush or something (I'm trying to think of another tool I'd want kept with the grill outside, even under the cover) Cons: Expensive (but worth it, IMO) Tool hooks too low. Full size grill tools look like they're going to hit the ground. But this grill is small enough to allow for more compact tools. Not easily portable (there are other carts that are) Overall, this cart is a great platform for your grill, with no dealbreakers.

Fits beautifully with my Weber 2200 bbq! A very solid bbq stand and it’s very sturdy once put together. Had no problem with the assembly but it is easier with two people. I’m glad I held out for this version and did not get the cheaper and simpler Weber bbq stand. Well worth the extra money!! My only complaint is the one sided handle bar and since it has some extra weight with a full sized propane tank attached, it can be a heavy and cumbersome to maneuver. Two handles would be much better.

Muy buen producto y calidad, sin embargo el producto era reempacado y faltó una chaveta.

Just got a q2200 bbq and q rolling cart. Cart is more substantial than I expected although the Weber screen is kind of flimsy. Easy to assemble especially if you pay attention to instructions, which I didn’t. I was sure that I was short-shipped two bolts until I read the instructions and found that the handle and frame use the same bolts 🥴. I see why Weber has such a great reputation. The quality is unbeatable and the meticulous packing shows attention to detail. Can’t wait to throw on the steaks... Old Sailor

Fits our Q2200 Weber barbecue like a glove Easy to assemble and very sturdy Not sure why I hadn't purchased it before hand

This is a sturdy attractive cart which was reasonably easy to assemble. The main negative is Weber’s cover for the cart is designed for use with the side tables open. I, and I suspect most Q2200 owners, prefer to keep things compact.
