Q: Do they need to be crushed up or do they yield better results boiled whole for tea?

I don’t crush them. I just boil them as is for 10 mins

Q: Can I make a tea with this? If so how and will it have all the benefits as using it externally as like a wash, or do I need to do both?

Yes u can Just boil 3 with 2 cups water til water water turn a dark brown.you can mix rice oatmeal etc I use it with rice could not digest the drink form the taste is too intense for me !

Q: How do you use these?

I put the manjakani n boil water for 15 minutes n I drink 1 cup n the rest for vaginal wash :) I hope help n your question.

Q: Is this same as manjuphal/maju phal?

Yes, in India they are called Manjuphal.
