Poor quality/ Update of review/ seller makes it right
I order this hose on Feb 2023, installed it and it worked fine till now. I was outside and I heard a hissing noise, the hose started leaking out if nowhere. 6 month life span is not very long, especially since it's not used every day, and you only move it when you change the tank.I going to look for a hose that doesn't have a plastic nut I was contacted by the seller who has offer to replace the item. I never thought that they would check the reviews, but it seems at least this seller does.

Lasted almost 2yrs daily use
Purchased Sept 2022, started leaking May 2024, after being continuously connected to my Coleman during that time. Not bad for $20, but I feel like these usually last ages?? Leak is from tank-side connector where the hose is crimped. Hisses when tanks is opened, or afterwards when I wiggled the hose a bit. Hasn’t been treated rough or moved at all.

Great for hunting
The item worked exactly like expected. Made of high quality parts. I would buy it again.

This is a great hose
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this hose so that I could run a Mr. heater inside my RV. It threads through the slide to a 7 gallon tank outside. The tank level indicator on the outside seems to be fairly accurate.

Better than carrying a bunch of 1lb bottles
Using this with a blackstone adventure ready 22" which normally uses 1lb bottles. This allows me to connect the blackstone to a 20lb bottle instead and comes with a handy pressure gauge to let you know how much gas you have left

Good construction, secure fittings, blow out the oil!!!
The media could not be loaded. Update:December really cold weather caused the manufacturer's oil in the hose to thicken and pool in the pilot tube of my Buddy Heater. The symptom is you can hear a sputter from the pilot flame, it eventually burns yellow then bigger vertical flame or it goes out. I got so much oil it spirited and sparked!Pro tip: Find a way to blow the oil out of this hose or use an inline filter that captures oil.Cuddy cabin heater on a boat is better with propane.Special Note: My DeWalt version of Mr Buddy 18,000 BTU heater has multiple tank ports. Be sure to keep a cylinder (empty or full) or a plug to seal off the unused port. During testing I found propane can leak past the unused regulator out the open port, when this hose is connected to the other port and pressurized. Now I have a hose to a 2-day tank instead of swapping 1 pound cylinders after 2.5 hours (when used at the helm early spring late fall). The 6 foot length is perfect when keeping the 20 pounder behind copilot seat and lifting the heater around the helm or to just inside the cabin door.Yes, also have an explosive gas detector pen, a carbon monoxide detector with ppm readout, and a drain plug to the bilge "opened" for any leakage (yes, there are quiet 12v computer case fans that are always running to keep low pressure in my bilge to keep steamy stink out). This tank hose made all this useful.I did use the gas detector to check all fittings before, when charged, during use and after disassembly. I deliberately unscrewed slowly while testing to observe when gas leaked; very fine tolerances in both ends and good seals - well done!Fun fact - (not sorry for sharing).... with the hose off at both ends held up like smiling "u", I then poured the remaining propane out of the hose on to the detector - enough to trigger alarm!

Say Goodbye to Disposable Propane Bottles
The hose fits perfectly on my 5-pound propane tank and the other end also fits perfectly on my Eureka 2 burner camp stove. Here’s why I much prefer this setup to disposable 1-pound propane bottles:• It's environmentally friendly.• It's cost-effective.• I can go a whole month on a single 5-pound propane tank. The hose works as intended, and I highly recommend it for directly connecting your camp stove to any standard propane tank.

Functional
What I did with this was to put my handheld torch on it and connect it to a 20lb propane tank to heat up rusted nuts and bolts to loosen them…one thing they could do is make the hose a bit more flexible but it works very well for the money
