Better than coffee
I got exposed to this stuff in the Hospital Chocolate and Vanilla are both good and will give you a quick start in the morning. I do this with my meds in the am. Just remember it does have calories and should be eaten as a meal replacement.

Be careful!
Even though this product is supposed to be suitable for lactose intolerance, it has milk protein! concentrate! So be sure to check with your doctor before taking it or get tested for milk protein intolerance. Don't go through all the bloating etc. that Ihave had to go through -- it's lasted for weeks.

Not a good tasting vanilla
Its OK I guess, if you are needing extra protein like me during chemo. But not a very good vanilla...go for the chocolate...much better tasting!.
