Cast Iron Incense Burner 4" L 2" H, Ideal for smudging, Incense Burning, Ritual Purpose, Decoration etc. (4" L)

I absolutely love that is is cast iron. I use this to put out all the incense I don’t like!! ;) And unlike all my other stands it doesn’t scorch/or mark up, nor does it pop the ends of the stick everywhere! Instead it just does what it’s supposed to & acts as a bowl should! I just luv this thing! Agreed tho, Yes it’s a little smaller…. but for 6 bucks it’s a real steal! It’s cast iron! So for the quality for this low price, I just luv it! The only thing that could Definitely be better in my opinion, is that it it REALLY needs another leg to be stable. With just the 3 legs, I’m continually knocking this thing over…. Again & again & again!!! All in all tho, as you can see in other’s videos & pic’s; This is a great cast iron mini smudge, incense, sand, offering bowl… or w the lil piece being used (which I normally don’t, it can be a very small stick stand etc etc) But no matter what you use it for. The fact is, you will probably end up using this thing more than a lot fancier stuff… and that’s why I love it. I have even bought another one for my teen who loved mine so much! So now I am thinking I will be back to get 1 or maybe even 2 more for my sister & her kid too. They make terrific gifts for people who like incense since they r a great deal for the price. This product is burn resistant but it's a little small sometimes the ashes don't end up in the burner

I placed some copal in this and placed close to the stove flame sincey coal wouldn't get hot enough on the stove. The copal melted off onto the burner and gas cought fire, burned for several minutes after taking off stove. This holder stood up, no signs of what it went through. I just wish it were a little wider, may be narrow for the round instant coal pucks. The inscence holder is not strong enough to hold even a mini stick, so don't buy if that's your intended use.

I’d rate this more at a 3.5 star. Unfortunately, the small piece to hold incense sticks does not have enough weight or width to it and will fall over once you place the stick in. If you use two sticks and lean them in opposite directions, you can balance it, but that gets tricky as they burn and could be risky. I haven’t been lucky with it catching all of the ash on standard incense sticks either. It’s still usable for cones and herbs, though small for a sage bundle. I’m a little wary of potential coating, so will avoid burning directly on it. It has uses, just not those that I had hoped based on the description.

These are perfect for both incense and tea light candles. For the tea lights, I place salt in the vessel and place the candle on top. The salt absorbs the heat from the candle so the iron doesn't get too hot. If you want to burn both at the same time, the candle and incense "snug" both fit on the form.

This is an ok little burner. I don't care for the shiny painted finish, I prefer natural flat black cast iron. It's too small for smudging bundles but can be used for charcoal-disk-burned or cone incense. The tiny separate piece with the 3 holes in it that's supposed to be for stick incense is not tall enough to hold the wood at the bottom of the incense sticks, which will fall over unless you break off a piece of the wood to make it shorter. Even doing that, the whole metal piece will fall over with the lit stick in it if the burner is slightly nudged or moved. Had the piece that holds the sticks been made round and thicker, this wouldn't be a problem. it would be stable and this would be a more useful burner. I don't use cone incense and I have a cauldron that I use for charcoal burning. I bought this one specifically for stick incense to catch the ashes. The way it is, I don't get much use out of it.
