I received this coffee maker well packaged and on time. The has some pros and some cons; Pros Sturdy and well made Attractive App works well, Wi-Fi connection was easy and without any issues. Alexa connects and interfaces with the coffee maker Cons The bean grinder is loud but works well It is a little difficult to add water to the maker Sometimes the clock gets out of sink and you have to unplug and replug the powerI enjoy my Atomi coffee maker, I would buy it again and I recommend it for those looking for a nice coffee maker with built in grinder.

This coffee maker decided to just die on me. I spent $300 on it, it won’t connect to WiFi and even though it was a good coffee maker to start I got maybe 4 pots out of it prior to it just stopping. There is zero customer support and it just won’t work anymore.

While the coffee maker works well and grinds the coffee with each brew, there are a few items that are just hard to get past. The clock is completely useless. It cannot maintain the correct time and we’ve given up trying to fix it. That aside, it’s easy enough to wake up, start the brewing process while getting ready for work and have a great cup of coffee ready and waiting. I just wish the app was friendlier to use and that the clock worked (since the clock doesn’t work, I cannot set the timer function).

So, I purchased what I thought was a decent coffee maker.It makes a decent cup of coffee, but connectivity remains a problem.The good:It is super to be able to setup a hopper full of coffee grounds, add some water, and tell my echo device to turn on the coffee maker from my bed on a Saturday morning. I love that convenience.The bad:1. The coffee maker clock consistently drifts. By that, I mean that the clock adds time (about 5 minutes per day). After a couple of days, it loses connectivity to the Wi-Fi network. I suspect that the clock drift is breaking Wi-Fi WPA authentication.Also, with the clock drift, the pre-programmed workday coffee start gets earlier and earlier each day.In order to reset the clock, I have to unplug/replug power to the coffee maker (losing preprogrammed configs) and then use the app to reset all the preprogrammed configurations (including coffee strength and beans vs grounds).2. This coffee will NOT make truly strong coffee when grinding beans. The issue here is that the maker has a hard time pulling enough beans into the hopper for grinding. It pulls 'enough', but enough is defined as a fairly weak pot of coffee.TLDR: I don't regret buying it, but I wouldn't buy it again. I'd buy a dumb Cuisinart coffee maker and just put it on a smart outlet.

My husband wanted a wifi coffee maker & I was surprised at the lack of options. Despite negative reviews, I bought this one as a Christmas gift and it's great! My only complaint is that only 1 of us can be connected with our phones. But, it's so easy to use! Just fill the reservoir with coffee beans once or twice a week and refill with water before each use. There are no paper filters, which is nice. The carafe is easy to use and pours water/coffee without spilling; unlike prior carafes I've had. I can wake up and make my coffee before stepping foot out of bed! And, the coffee tastes great!

Hubby picked this out (I don’t like coffee!). It integrates well with Alexa. Once set up with water, it automatically makes his morning coffee. He cleans it and sets it up for evening coffee. In the evening, he asks Alexa to make him a cup of coffee…and voila it’s done. One evening he forgot to add the water and she snarkily replied she couldn’t make him a cup of coffee but she could “brew [him] up a joke”. The only complaint he’s made is that it doesn’t make his coffee as strong as he’d prefer. He uses a dark roast and has everything set to brew as strong as possible - something to consider if you too prefer sludge-like coffee. Otherwise, it’s easy to operate (just add water before running) and easy to clean.

I got this for Christmas I was so excited when it arrived, I have Alexa threw out the house so an Alexa enabled coffee maker seemed perfect!! Well not this one! took over 4 hours to set it up it would not connect to Alexa or the app.. after 4 hours I finally got it set up. first thing in the morning I asked Alexa to start the coffee pot. Alexa said nope ! Not connected. Awwww I tried to set it up again with no luck after 2 hours I was packing it back up. The one pot of coffee I brewed was week even on the strongest setting, it was very loud when grinding the coffee, not good if other people are sleeping. The app does not connect, so what is the point in paying this much for crap!!! I did call technical support and had to leave a message said someone would call me back within 24 hours…. Nope !!! Overall this is not worth it at all! Also it only came with a quick start guide, no other instructions at all!! After looking threw the app I did find some information there but it was not helpful at all!

Product was well packaged is aesthetically pleasing, but is limited in functionality. If the water reservoir is full, the machine will brew a full pot. If the reservoir is half full, it will brew half a pot. For a smart coffee maker, it is disappointing that I can't just make 1 cup of coffee without having to measure out the reservoir each time. It's basically a glorified regular coffee machine with the ability to activate with Google. Any basic coffee machine with grinder can do the same thing. Essentially, you are paying extra to be able to say "hey Google, turn on coffee machine." No other commands work.

Vraiment bonne cafetière , on a juste à remplir l’eau et la réserve de café et le tour est joué ensuite on peux l’activer par son assistant vocale avec les réglages désirés, du bon café fraîchement moulut à tout les coups

There coffee maker has a big problem as far as the clock is concerned. It doesn't keep its time. It could be fix with a simple firmware update that would let the device sync its time once a day. Contacted support, they told me to disconnect and connect it back but that only fix the problem temporarily. Contacted support again. I was asked my order number from Amazon, which I provided. After that nothing, even if I opened new tickets number. TERRIBLE SUPPORT.

Coffee tastes great, easy to use. Biggest disappointment is the pot shape. It isn't easy to pour from and spills easily.

Love this machine. Coffee is perfect, fast and machine is easy to clean. Take a few steps out of the process so I can sleep just a little longer. Thank you!
