I am very please with the shipping and delivery which took less than 2 days to receive the monitor. I am using the monitor for my home office to replace my dual 27” HD monitor setup. This is my first HD monitor and with this size it’s like having quad 21” HD monitor which increased my productivity as I usually need many windows open at the same time. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is that I mainly wanted to connect the monitor via USB-C to my laptop but there was no USB-C cable included in the box. I’m not sure how that happened as Samsung website states that there is a USB-C cable included with the accessories. I’m unable to get 60 Hz @ 4k resolution with HDMI and I cannot find a USB-C cable that works. I tried a thunderbolt 3 cable but it didn’t work. I also tried a USB-C to HDMI cable but that didn’t work either. Can someone help with the cable?
