I haven’t fully tried it yet. I walked approx. 1 minute at 1mph to get the “feel” per se. Seems to be a great fit. If anything changes once I fully commit I will come back and update this review. Stability? Great (so far). Height? Depends on where the arms of your treadmill are…I would like mine to be higher but no fault to the product. Ease of movement and use are both great (so far).

I've been using this treadmill desk for about 2 months~ I’m very happy with it. It’s A total enhancement to my work out experience~ I can now multi-task and get work done while I burn off the calories! Fits my full-sized treadmill perfectly. The install straps makes it a universal addition. And keeps the desk securely in place with absolutely no movement~ as long as you get it tightened to its max. (I needed hubby to do this part for me) The sizable raised lip does a great job keeping my laptop fixed in place. It has a large desk surface~ ample space for my mouse, tablet, water bottle and phone all at once. Maximizing my productivity. It’s solid and well constructed. It’s also quite nice looking~ sleek and modern finish. Holds the smaller devices upright- allowing me to FaceTime with friends. We now have zoom workout groups which has been pretty cool!! Well worth the money!

The desk itself is very well made- the 2 straps on the side just don’t fit my treadmill well.. it would definitely fit a treadmill with thicker handles a lot better because our treadmill has thin ones. It is very good quality though.

I have a SOLE treadmill and it’s great. It does hit the buttons on the side so I just had to put a small cushion under it to elevate it a little. Otherwise it’s perfect. I’m also 5’9 and I can still read and type on my laptop because of where it sits. My favorite part is the strip to keep the laptop on because I can easily rest my arms there. Seriously it’s so pretty and fits perfect! You may have to adjust it like I did? But it still works so perfect, is wide and was done really well.

This treadmill tray is great and large enough for me to have a portable screen and my laptop set up. The only thing with having them both set up is that I can't reach the treadmill buttons behind them. I also didn't think about the height so I have my laptop sitting on a shoe box to make it higher and easier to see. My work laptop is older though and not exactly high quality so the screen isn't crystal clear which makes it more difficult to see. Overall though this tray has got me up and moving during the day since I can easily set up my workstation on the treadmill now.
