I have not been taking this product for very long but I have noticed a lot of energy after I take 2 in the morning. My Doctor recommended this product for lung congestion and if I loose weight this will be a great added on plus! I am looking forward to all of the benefits of this extract.

Biggest waste of money. I have been taking these pills faithfully for the past couple weeks as directed on bottle and have lost nothing. Nada. Zilch. I even increased the dosage over the past few days from one pill to 2 pills twice daily, 30 minutes before eating and no increase in desired side effects. I feel no appetite suppression... I actually feel MORE hungry than I normally do and don't get full faster. I wish I could have a refund and just send back the last few pills but I think I've missed the cut off. Highly disappointed in this product, was really hoping it would help boost my weight loss for the last 10 pounds I would like to lose.

It does reduce appetite and that's what I order it for . I had not been on scale since I started . Today is the 6 day and I can feel I had lost couple of pound but I won't get on scale until I finish the bottle . So side effect so far

I'm very happy with this product. I have lost 7lbs so far since taking it and it's been 3 weeks I believe. I am definitely purchasing more of this. The only thing I've changed in my diet is drinking more water. I do notice I eat smaller portions as well. Would definitely recommend.

I have been taking this product for a few weeks now. This is my first time taking Forskolin - it has truly helped curb my hunger cravings and has visibly aided in leaning out of body fat. I look forward to seeing the effects after taking it for an extended period.

I can't say that I've lost any weight, but I definitely feel more energy with this product. I'll keep on using it. Hopefully, I'll see some results in the weight loss.

Not bad considering its natural, drug free. I still have to use more will power compared to a prescription diet pill fighting the battle of the bulge, but its worth it to me and worth a try.
