These Duracell CR123A 3V lithium batteries are exactly what I needed for my home safety devices and high-intensity flashlights. I appreciate that the pack comes with 12 batteries, so I have plenty on hand for replacements. Duracell’s quality shows—no leaks, consistent performance, and they’re easy to store. So I switched to these for my door lock after getting tired of constantly replacing the no name ones. These are twice as expensive, and they last around 5 months which isn't bad, but isn't much longer than the no name ones. I think those lasted around 4 months.

Use them in my thermal scope. Work as well as anything else, but I prefer the rechargeables.
