tast good just started taking

I take these everyday to help with the menopause. Helps with the bloating 🥰

I took these for a month... it says a count of 60... two months supply and recommends you take 2 per day?! Well surely that is a months supply so a little misleading.They taste great, I had been taking them as my cholesterol is border line and I wanted to improve the level and I heard ACV was good for that but I can't stomach the liquid. I don't know if it has made a difference but have blood work booked for November so will let you know. The other side effect I hadn't counted on was I was less hungry and as a consequence lost weight. So if that is your aim maybe you want to try them. Nothing negative to say about the product I just think it's misleading that they say 2 months supply put 60 gummies in and tell you to take 2 a day. I am not brilliant at math but even I know that equates to one month not two!

These gums have slightly confusing instructions. They present them as one-a-day but the bottle says to take one or two per day. If they are one per day, they’re good value compared to others on the market, but not so much if it’s only a one month supply.They taste okay - fruity with a hint of vinegar - I don’t mind them and prefer a gummy to capsules. I don’t mind the smell, though I don’t sniff them - I just pop them in my mouth! I’ve not noticed any benefits yet unfortunately, but that might not be entirely the fault of the gummies…

It is good.
